摘要
介绍了活性炭纤维(ACF)的结构特点及表面化学组成,综述了近年来ACF化学改性的国内外研究进展,展望ACF化学改性的发展方向是将有机合成、纺丝、碳化学、表面化学、催化剂等化学原理充分利用于其开发过程,并结合化工单元过程技术,降低成本,推动ACF的应用。建议积极开发中孔ACF及特种聚丙烯腈类ACF产品。
The structural characteristics and surface chemical composition of activated carbon fiber(ACF) were introduced. The domestic and international progress in chemical modification of ACF was reviewed in recent years. It was predicted that the developing trend of chemical modification of activated carbon fiber focus on making the most of organic synthesis, fiber spinning, carbon chemistry, surface chemistry and catalyst into fiber development, combining chemical engineering unit process technique, reducing production cost and promoting ACF application. It was suggested that the developments of mesoporous and polyacryloni-trile-based ACFs be stimulated.
