摘要
对山西天桥水电厂4#水轮机ZZ660-LH-550新转轮进行了协联试验和效率试验。试验采用我院自行研制的IPC(工控机)数据采集系统,UF-911型超声波测流系统,0.2级精度的功率变送器及位移传感器。通过对设计水头、工作水头、和高水头共54个工况点的试验,取得了完整的数据,对4#机技术改造结果进行了评价,较好地完成了本项目。
This paper introduces the correlation test and efficiency test on No.4 unit's new ZZ660-LH-550 turbine in Tianqiao hydropower station. The test adopted IPC data acquisition and processing system developed by our college, power transmitter of 0.2 class precision and displacement sensor. Via the test at the three different heads 16m, 18m and 20m, the IPC system recorded integrated data and fulfilled the test items.
