摘要
通过讨论等重尾绳双容器塔式提升系统的制动减速度和滑动极限减速度与有效载荷的函数关系,导出了用解析方法判定有效载荷满足防滑要求的条件,并据此确定一次提升的有效载荷。在进行多绳摩擦提升系统改造时,运用此方法,可以快速确定出满足防滑要求的一次提升有效载荷,避免了大量的重复计算工作。
Through discussing the function relation between actual load and the retro-deceleration and glide limited deceleration of tower-style hoist system ofequiponderance tail rope twin-container, the paper, based on analytic way, educes conditions under which actual load meets the requirement of antislip. According to these conditions, it ensures the actual loan of one hoist. With improving the multi-rope friction winding system, adapting this method, it can promptly confirm the actual loan of one hoist meeting the requirement of antislip and avoid a lot of repeated calculations.
