摘要
采用离子电弧镀的方法在IC6合金制导向叶片上涂覆了NiCoCrAlY包覆涂层 ,为了进一步改善叶片表面的粗糙度 ,进行了喷丸处理 .结果表明 ,喷丸处理使叶片表面的粗糙度得到明显改善 ,其平均值从未处理前的 2 .0 4 μm提高到处理后的 1 .0 2 μm .经过 2 2循环热震试验后 ,喷丸处理和未喷丸处理叶片的涂层与基体的结合均十分完好 。
NiCoCrAlY overlay coating was deposited on the vane made of alloy IC6 by arc physical vapor deposition (PVD). In order to improve the surface roughness of the vane, a ball blasting treatment was operated. It shows that the surface roughness is obviously improved, the original average value of the roughness is 2.04 μm, but the value is only 1.02 μm after treatment. After 22 cycles in the thermal shock experiment, the bonding between coating and matrix is still fine in spite of using ball blasting treatment or not, but the treatment can further improve the oxidation resistance.
