摘要
文章结合学习贯彻江泽民同志在庆祝建党八十周年大会上的重要讲话、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》和《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》,对高校基层党组织某些与新形势不相适应的问题及成因进行剖析,从不同角度阐述了当前高校党建工作面临的形势和任务。
According to Jiang Zemin's address at the 80th anniversary of the CCP, Law of High Education of the People's Republic of China, and Working Regulations for the Basic CCP's Organizations at Universities, this paper analyzes some issues and their causes which are inadequate for the basic CCP's organizations at universities, and discusses the situation and tasks facing the CCP's organizations in the new era.
