摘要
儒家思想是中国传统文化的核心,它在整个传统文化体系中居于主导地位。儒学思想有着鲜明的人本主义色彩,它从尊重人出发,以"仁"为基础,以道德自律为核心,以中庸为其方法论,以安民富民为其目标,建立起了系统的人性治理模式。儒家思想重视对人的人文关怀,重视对人的人格塑造,重视在社会内部建立和谐有序的人际关系,提出了一系列有关人生道德修养的论点和见解,提出了一系列行为准则和规范,这些对现代企业管理都深具启发意义。
The Confucianism, as the core of Chinese traditional culture, takes a leading role in the whole traditional culture system. Confucianism is distinct in its human-centered idea, and in view of respecting persons, the systematic pattern administrated by human nature is established, which take benevolence as its basis, moral discipline as its core, mean doctrine as its methodology, and set the safety and richness as its object. The Confucianism stresses on human consideration, personality building, harmonious and ordered relationship in the interior of society, and put forward a series of opinions about the moral cultivation of life and sequences of principle and standard of action, which all have enlightenments upon the modern enterprises management.
