摘要
从可持续发展的角度研究了以省级政府管理为主的高等学校,有利于正确处理高校内部、高校之间、高校与社会的各种关系。文章主要从该角度认识高校的社会职能,并以此说明省属高校存在的问题,同时提出了解决问题的一些建议。
To study the universities and colleges mainly administrated by the government in terms of sustainable development is beneficial for dealing with various relationships in university itself, among universities, between universities and society. This paper studied the social function of the provincial universities and colleges, stated the existing problems, and had put forward some suggestions.
