从高校中层领导干部现状分析入手,针对目前高校中层领导班子的新情况、新问题,提出在高校中层领导干部的选拔过程中,要用好的作风选作风好的人,严把干部队伍入口关。要注意优化领导班子结构,强化整体功能。注重对中层领导干部进行理论武装和实践锻炼,不断提高工作能力和领导水平。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of middle-level cadres in the colleges and universities and in view of the new tendency and problems, the paper introduces that we should select leaders strictly. In the process of building the middle-level cadres, we must pay attention to optimizing the structure of leading groups and strengthening the overall function. In the process of training the middle-ranking cadres, we should pay stress on theoretical education and practice in order to enhance the leading ability.
