无机类富勒烯MoS_2纳米材料的制备与表征 被引量:11

摘要 采用简单的沉淀法 ,利用聚乙二醇作为分散剂 ,盐酸羟铵为还原剂 ,以硫化铵为硫源合成了具有无机类富勒烯结构的纳米二硫化钼 ,通过粉末X射线衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM )和高分辨透射电镜 (HRTEM)等方法对其形貌和结构进行了表征 .结果表明 ,用聚乙二醇做分散剂 ,使其吸附在前驱物表面使颗粒环境呈现出一个相对隔绝的状态 ,在煅烧过程中 ,其空间位阻作用有利于MoS2 纳米颗粒形成无机类富勒烯结构 . The Inorganic Fullerene-like MoS 2 was obtained by a simple precipitation method using the polyethylene glycol as the dispersant, the hydroxylamine hydrochloride as the reductant, and (NH 4) 2S as the sulfur source. The morphology and structure of the product were characterized by Powder X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and High-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM). The results suggest that the polyethylene glycol dispersant can be adsorbed on the particle surface of the reaction precursor, amorphous MoS 2 powders, to form a relative isolated environment. This isolated environment may induce an obstruct effect which helps the precursor nano-particles transfer to the IF structure in the subsequent calcination process.
