摘要
我国民办高校发展迅速 ,在规模和综合实力上取得了长足发展 ,而师资队伍发展却相对滞后 ,针对我国民办高校的现状和普遍存在的问题 ,优化师资结构 ,加强科学管理 。
The local-funded colleges develop very quickly, whereas the Teaching staff's construction is dropped behind greatly. It is a chief problem to optimize and manage teaching group in scientific ways. This paper puts forward some opinions on local-funded colleges' actuality and problems.
