摘要
采用苯乙烯(St)对氯化聚丙烯(CPP)进行接枝改性(甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂),得到聚丙烯塑料片用胶粘剂;研究了反应温度、反应时间、St和BPO的含量对胶粘剂的粘附性能的影响。结果表明:当反应温度T为100℃,反应时间t为3.5h,反应物料的质量比m(CPP)∶m(St)∶m(BPO)为100∶3.0∶0.25时,改性后的胶粘剂的粘接性能较高。
Grafting of styrene on chlorination polypropylene by free radical process was carried out using toluene as solvent and dibenzoylperoxide as initiator.A kind of adhesive for polypropylene plastic was made.Effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and amounts of MAH and BPO on adhesive property of the modified CPP were studied;the optimized process conditions are reˉaction temperature T=100℃,reaction time t=3.5h,and mass ratio m(CPP)∶m(St)∶m(BPO)= 100∶3.0∶0.25.The adhesive property was improved after modified.
