复电容量C ′ac为稳态交流电场下的电容量C(C＝C ′ac);相对复电容率ε ′r也为稳态交流电场下的相对电容率εr(εr＝ε ′r)。交流电容量Cac和交流电容率εr［即交流(相对)电容率］分别为复电容量C ′ac和相对复电容率ε ′r的实部数值。
