回顾了金川集团有限公司冶炼烟气的综合治理情况,其硫酸一系统回收处理14.00×104m3/h铜镍熔炼转炉烟气,硫酸二系统运行不正常已废弃,硫酸三系统设计处理12.68×104m3/h、(?)(SO2)7.13％镍精矿闪速熔炼烟气。为配套冶炼生产的发展,将新建530 kt/a硫酸系统处理铜冶炼烟气;对硫酸三系统进行改造,形成20.00×104m3/h镍冶炼烟气处理能力;综合治理低浓度烟气,探讨了低浓度二氧化硫烟气不同的处理方法。此外,分析了硫酸销售、延伸产品开发及污水治理等问题。

Jinchuan Company's comprehensive treatment of smelt off-gases is reviewed. No. 1 sulphuric acid plant treats 14.00 × 104 m3/h copper and nickel converter off-gases, No. 2 sulphuric acid plant has been rejected due to abnormal operation and No. 3 sulphuric acid plant treats 12. 68 × 104 mVh nickel flash furnace off-gas containing 7.13%SO2. In order to meet the need of smelting development, a 530 kt/a sulphuric acid plant will be built to treat copper smelt off-gas, No. 3 sulphuric acid plant will be revamped to form a capacity of treating 20.00 × 104 mVh nickel smelt off-gas, and a comprehensive method will be adopted to treat low concentration SO2 off-gases. Varied methods for low-SO2 off-gas treatment are approached. Marketing of sulphuric acid, development of extended product and disposal of sewage are analyzed.
