摘要 介绍了WSA铅冶炼烟气制酸系统工艺流程、主要设备规格及其生产情况。鉴于高含尘铅冶炼烟气直接进入一级动力波洗涤器,改用高效斜板斜管沉降器处理一级动力波洗涤器循环液,强化液固分离效果;对动力波洗涤器捕沫器进行强化,增加洗涤器,提高捕沫效率;改进电除雾器的气体分布及采用实时增湿烟气,从而改善净化效果。此外,还采取了一些改进措施,如:熔盐换热器重新施焊,更换烟气预热器玻璃管,氮气保护熔盐等,保证WSA制酸系统稳定运行。 Process flow, main equipment design and operation of a wet sulphuric acid (WSA) plant based on lead smelter off-gas are introduced. Due to high dust content, lead smelter off-gas was fed directly into the first stage DynaWave scrubber, where circulation liquid was treated in a high-efficiency tilted-plate and tilted-tube clarifier to intensify separation of solid. Mist eliminator in DynaWave scrubber was designed to operate with increased collection efficiency. Distribution of inlet gas to electrostatic precipitator was optimized and the gas was humidified in rear time to improve collecting effect. Some other measures were taken to guarantee stable operation of WSA, such as re-welding molten salt heat exchanger, replacing glass tubes of off-gas pre-heater and protecting molten salt with nitrogen.
