摘要
沙牌大坝施工采用全断面通仓簿层连续上升施工工艺,在碾压混凝土施工过程中采取了真空溜管、诱导缝、有盖重与无盖重固结(接触)灌浆相结合、改性混凝土、高抗裂材料等施工工艺方法.完工后在坝体取出的碾压混凝土芯样最长达13 2m,芯样表面光滑,集料分布均匀,层间结合良好,施工质量优良.
The application of thin-later full-section and full-surface area placement technology in Shapai RCC Dam is described in this article. During construction, vacuum chuting, induced joints, consolidation(contact) grouting with and without cover weight, improved concrete, high anti-cracking materials and other quality control methods were used. The RCC samples of 13.2 m length each, obtained after completion of the placement, have demonstrated smooth surface, well-distributed aggregate, good contact surfaces and high construction quality.
