非正式组织识别实证研究——基于中国文化背景的探索性分析

An Empirical Analysis for the Identification of Informal Group——Based on Chinese Culture

本文梳理了国内外相关研究成果,基于中国文化背景,提出了我国企业非正式组织识别的5个特征变量假设。使用李克特五点量表法设计问卷,以天津地区企业员工为调查对象,利用SPSS统计分析软件进行数据分析,对非正式组织识别的特征变量进行了实证研究,验证假设,并针对我国企业非正式组织的识别管理提出建议。

Reviewing the relevant research literature home and abroad, the paper puts forward a five-feature viable hypothesis of identifying informal groups based on Chinese culture. The survey was made among employees in enterprises of Tianjin by employing the five-point variable method of Lickter to design the poll. The paper carries out empirical analysis on the five hypotheses identifying characteristic variables of informal group with the SPSS statistic analysis software to test the hypotheses. The paper puts forward suggestions about how to identify and manage informal groups in Chinese enterprises.
