输尿管镜电子弹道碎石术治疗上段输尿管结石(附32例报告)

Electronic lithotripsy under ureteroscope for upper ureteral calculi (report of 32 cases)

目的探讨上段输尿管结石的最佳治疗方法.方法对32例上段输尿管结石病人使用输尿管镜电子弹道碎石术.结果30例一次成功,2例进镜失败,1周后再次手术成功.27例1个月后复查X光片结石排净,5例结石有残留,行ESWL后治愈.随诊9～15个月,平均11个月,未见结石复发.结论输尿管镜电子弹道碎石术对上段输尿管结石效果良好,值得推广.

Objective: To find the best treatment for upper ureteral calculi. Methods: Electronic lithotripsy under ureteroscope was performed on 32 cases of upper ureteral calculi. Results: Successful effects were made on 30 cases. 2 were failed and succeeded after 1 week. No stone was found on x-rays of 27 cases after 1 month. 5 cases still had residual stones and were cured by ESWL. No stone recurred with the follow-up of 9~15 months. Conclusions: Electronic lithotripsy under ureteroscope has good effects for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.
