微创保胆取石术的临床应用(附30例报告)

Report on the clinical application of mini-chole cystolithotomy with 30 cases

目的评价微创保胆取石术的临床应用价值。方法在小切口开腹情况下,切开胆囊底应用纤维胆道镜进行取石,保留功能良好的胆囊。结果30例病人均痊愈出院,无严重并发症,症状得到改善。结论微创保胆取石术具有安全性高、创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快等特点,且可保留有功能的胆囊,是值得推广的治疗胆囊结石的良好方法。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of application of mini-cholecystolithotomyremaning gallbladder for gallbladder for gallstone. Methods: With the mini-open abdomen, the bottom of gallbladder was cut, stone using choledochliberacope, and the gallbladder of better function was remained. Results: All 30 cases were successed, the therapentic effect was excellent, no serious complication. Conclusions: The mini-cholecystolithotomy remaining gallbladder for gallstone has merit of security, minimal trauma, conralescence quickly, less pain and hospitalization time, it can possibly remain the gallbladder of function, is a better method to cure the gallstone, and is worth of spreading deservedly.
