软性膀胱镜的临床应用(附2300例报告)

Clinical application of cystofiberscope (report of 2300 cases)

目的探讨软性膀胱镜在泌尿外科疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法采用Olympus CYF-2 和CYF-3型软性膀胱镜对2 300例患者进行检查或治疗。结果1 480例患者均顺利进行尿道膀胱镜检查,并得到诊断;34例肾多发结石术中在软性膀胱镜下取出残余结石;460例输尿管内引流管在软性膀胱镜下取出;320例输尿管逆行插管在软镜下插管成功;6例压力性尿失禁在软性膀胱镜下行膀胱颈悬吊成功。结论软性膀胱镜可屈曲,视野无盲区,其插入内径小,无损伤,且患者易于接受,可用于肾结石手术等,是泌尿外科一种很好的诊疗器械。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of cystofiberscope on the diagnosis and treatment of urology disease. Methods: The OLYMPUS CYF-2 and CYF-3of cystofiberscopes were applied to the examination and treatment of 2300 patients. Results: 1480 cases were successfully examined by cystofiberscopes and diagnosis was obtained. The remains stone was extracted by cystofiberscopes in 34 cases of the multiple nephrolithiasis of operation. 360 cases of the internal drainage-tube in ureter were extracted with cystofiberscopes. The retrograde cannulation of ureter was successfully carried out in 320 cases. Bladder neck suspension was successfully carried out in 6 cases of stress incontinence. Conclusion: Cystofiberscope can bend, the field of view hasn′t scotoma, patients are willing to accept because of small inner diameter and no damnification.It is able to use in the operation of renal calculi. It is a better instrument for the diagnosis and treatment within department of urology .
