摘要
目的通过对不同原因小肠出血患者行术中内镜检查,评价其临床诊断价值.方法1995年8月～2003年9月,16例多项常规检查阴性小肠出血患者,行剖腹探查,术中内镜检查.结果不明原因小肠出血患者16例,13例检出阳性病灶,病因确诊率为81.3%.结论术中内镜是一种安全、可靠、有较高临床诊断价值的小肠出血检查手段.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of endoscopy during operation for the unknown bleeding. Methods: 16 intestinal-bleeding patients with many negative normal checks were taken endoscopy checks during exploratory laparotomy form August 1995 to September 2003. Results: In 16 case, there were positive niduses in the checks of 13 cases, the positive rate was 81.3%. Conclusion: Endoscopy check during operation is a safe, veliable and valuable method to diagnose intestinal bleeding.
