医源性胆管损伤(附6例分析)

Iatrogenic injury of bile duct: report of 6 cases

目的分析医源性胆管损伤的发生原因、诊断及防治。方法结合近期文献及回顾分析该院收治的6例医源性胆管损伤病例资料。结果对术中、术后确诊的胆管损伤,经过不同方法处理,随访至今,除1例死亡外,余均康复良好。结论重视胆囊切除术指征、围手术期的正确处理及对病人的高度责任心均是不可忽视的重要环节。

Objective: To analyse the season and diagnosis and prevention and cure of iatrogenic bile duct injury. Methods: Correlaton in the near future literature and to review analyse retrospectively of 6 cases of iatrogenic bile duct injury in our hospital. Results: The patients of bile duct injury with intraoperative or post-operative final diagnosis, that all were cured by anisomethod treatment, follow-up up to now, except one cases died. Conclusion: To think highly of the cholecystectomy indication and perioperation peiod precision treatment and establishing height in patient sense of responsibility important link, that all can′t neglect refer to .
