2003年12月北美电力可靠性协会(NERC)公布了2003～2012年北美电力系统可靠性评估报告,内容有3部分:今后10年(含2003年)电力供需及输电可靠性情况;对影响未来可靠性的关键问题进行讨论;各地区对可靠性的评估。
National American Electric Reliability Council issued its 2003～2012 Reliability Assessment in Decem-ber 23, 2003. The assessment report includes three major parts, which are an assessment of the long-term electricpowersupply and demand and transmission reliability through 2012, a discussion of key issues affecting reliabilityof future electric power supply and transmission, and regional assessments on electrict power supply reliability ,including issues of specific regional concern.
