摘要
计算机化维修管理与资产管理(CMMS和EAM)在我国的推广已经有近8年的历史了,随着各种国外此类软件产品的进入,技术人员迫切需要了解相关的概念和理论。本文对EAM(企业资产管理)相关基础理论RCM(以可靠作为中心的维修管理)进行研究和介绍,并结合美国MRO软件公司MAXIMO软件,说明该理论与软件产品的关系。研究结果对发电企业和资产密集型企业实施EAM系统具有极其重要的参考价值。
Computerized maintenance management system(CMMS) and enterprise asset management(EAM)solutions appeared in China for about 8 years. Along with the software solutions coming into China, relatedtheories and concepts also appeared in articles and books. However, there are still some questions puzzled theproject teams and managers in power plants, such as : the real meanings of the theories and concepts and theirlogical connections, how to combine them into software solutions, how to apply them into the maintenancemanagement processes, etc. This paper gives an overview of the basic theory of RCM(reliability-centredmaintenance), making clear the logical relationship between the different maintenance theories and concepts.It is of the great reference value to power plants who are interested in EAM solutions.
