摘要
介绍我国风力发电的现状,主要从风电电价、国家政策、融资环境、风机国产化等方面详细分析我国风电产业目前面临的主要困难和阻力,并借鉴国外发展风力发电的经验,提出解决困难的主要方法和途径,为我国风力发电的进一步发展提出建议。
After a brief introduction on the current wind power development in our nation, the paper made a de-tailed analysis on the main difficulties and obstacles faced by the wind power industry from the points of tariff,national policy, financial environment and homemade process. The paper also brought forward some measures tosolve the inconveniences mentioned above, according to the foreign experiences, and some advices on how todevelop our wind power industry.
