花岗石研磨抛光表面及其光泽度研究

THE RESEARCH ON THE LAPPED AND POLISHED GRANITE SURFACES AND GLOSSINESS

对采用游离磨料研磨抛光后的花岗石表面粗糙度和光泽度进行了测量 ,并观察花岗石在研磨过程中表面形貌的变化。实验结果表明 ,抛光后表面粗糙度值虽然很低 ,但并没有消除石材与生俱来的裂纹等缺陷 ,表面还残留大量粗加工造成的较大凹坑 ,限制了花岗石表面光泽度的进一步提高。

In this paper,the morphologies of lapped and polished granite surfaces were observed and the surface roughness and glossiness were measured. It was found that in spite of the lower surface roughness after polishing,the natural flaws in granite were not removed and a lot of craters were left on the polished surface,which limited further improvement of glossiness.
