手术治疗输尿管结石合并息肉(附43例报告)

Surgical Treatment for Ureterolith Combined with Polyps (A Report of 43 Cases)

目的 总结手术治疗输尿管结石合并输尿管息肉的效果。 方法 对 4 3例输尿管结石合并输尿管息肉患者行手术治疗 ,包括输尿管切开取石加息肉段切除端端吻合术 7例 ,输尿管切开取石加息肉单纯切除或电灼 36例。术后 4 3例均放置双J管引流。 结果 术后 4 3例患者腰腹部疼痛和血尿症状基本消失。B超检查肾积水消失 19例 ,减轻 2 4例。 31例随访 1～ 9年 ,无一例复发或恶变。 结论 对长期停留在某一部位的输尿管结石或肾积水程度与结石大小不相符合时 ,应考虑合并有输尿管息肉的可能 ;手术是有效的治疗方法之一。

Objective To summarize the effect of surgical treatment for ureterolith combined with polyps. Methods 43 cases of ureterolith combined with polyps were analyzed retrospectively. All cases undwent operations. 7 cases were performed ureterolithotomy, as well as resection of ureter and uretero ureteroanastomosis. 36 cases received ureterolithotomy and polypectomy or sideration of polyps. 43 cases were drained with double-J stents. Results Symptoms of lumbago and hematuria in all cases disappeared after surgical operation. Ultrasonic exam detected 19 cases got recovery from hydronephrosis and 24 cases improved of hydronephrosis. 31 cases were followed up for 1～9 years without recurrence or canceration. Conclusions When the stone located in ureter for long time or the degree of hydronephrosis can not meet the size of stones, the possibility of ureteric polyps should be taken into account. Surgery is an effective therapy for ureteral calculi combined with polyps.
