锰毒害对油菜苗期Mn、Ca、Fe含量及POD、CAT活性的影响 被引量:48

摘要 采用营养液培养技术研究锰毒害对油菜苗期生长发育、Mn、Fe、Ca含量及POD和CAT活性的影响 ,结果表明 :锰毒害使油菜体内各部位Mn含量显著升高 ,生物量降低 ,根、茎、上部叶片中Ca含量显著降低 ,茎、上部及下部叶片中Fe含量显著降低 ,各部位Ca/Mn和Fe/Mn也明显降低。锰毒害还使苗期油菜功能叶中CAT活性显著降低 ,POD活性显著增加。 The influences of Mn toxicity on the growth, the content of Mn, Fe, Ca and the activities of POD and CAT in rape (Brassica napus L.) were studied under solution culture. The Mn content in different parts of rape were significantly increased under the condition of Mn toxicity and the biomass was decreased. Mn toxicity markedly depressed the Ca content in roots, stems and younger leaves of rape, and reduced the Fe content in stems, younger leaves and older leaves, obviously raised the ratio of Mn and Fe or Ca in different parts of rape. The activity of POD in the leaves of rape was significantly increased, while that of CAT was decreased by Mn toxicity.
