摘要
以高稳定性的有机硅 (TEOS)代替聚硅酸 (HS)加入到聚合铝 (PAC)中 ,初步制备了一种新型铝硅复合絮凝剂 (TEOS -PAC)。研究了制备过程中的滴碱速度、Si与Al摩尔比和碱化度等因素对该复合絮凝剂絮凝性能的影响 ,对比了TEOS -PAC与HS -PAC的絮凝效果。研究结果表明 ,制备TEOS -PAC时滴碱速度要控制适当 (流量刻度定位 4 0 ) ;随着Si与Al摩尔比的提高 ,TEOS -PAC复合絮凝剂的絮凝性能明显增强 ,最佳Si与Al摩尔比为 0 2 ,最佳碱化度为 2 5 ;在相同条件下 ,TEOS -PAC的最佳投药量低于HS -PAC ,且TEOS -PAC在絮凝过程中形成的絮体沉降性能优于HS -PAC形成的絮体。
A new kind of aluminum-silicon complex flocculent (TEOS-PAC) was prepared with adding highly stable organosilicon (TEOS) instead of polysilicic acid (HS) into poly-aluminum chloride (PAC) solution.The effects of dripping rate of NaOH,Si/Al molar ratio and basicity on the flocculent properties were investigated.The flocculation effect of TEOS-PAC was compared with that of HS-PAC.The results show that the dripping rate of NaOH should be properly controlled (at 40 of flux scale);the flocculation of TEOS-PAC increases significantly with the increasing of Si/Al molar ratio;the optimum dosage of TEOS-PAC is less than that of HS-PAC under the optimum conditions of Si/Al molar ratio 0.2 and basicity 2.5;the precipitability of the flocculate with TEOS-PAC is better than that with HS-PAC.
