摘要
采用微波催化氧化法处理模拟甲基橙废水 ,考察了微波功率、辐射时间、H2 O2 用量、活性炭用量对甲基橙去除率的影响。在微波功率 6 30W、辐射时间 9min、H2 O2 用量 10mL/L ,活性炭用量 10g/L的条件下 ,甲基橙的去除率达到 90 %左右 ,并对实际染料废水、炼焦废水、炼油废水、餐饮废水进行了处理 ,取得了满意的结果。
In the treatment of methyl orange wastewater by microwave catalytic oxidation process,the effects of microwave power,irradiation time,H_2O_2 dosage and activated carbon dosage on the degradation rate of methyl orange were examined.Under the conditions of microwave power 630 W,irradiation time 9 min,H_2O_2 dosage 10 mL/L and activated carbon dosage 10 g/L,the degradation rate of methyl orange is about 90%.Different kinds of real wastewater,such as dye wastewater,coking wastewater,refinery wastewater and so on,were treated by the process,obtaining satisfactory results.
