清洁生产指标评价方法

Assessment Method for Cleaner Production

提出了一种用层次分析法进行清洁生产指标评价的方法。其主要步骤为 :指标体系的具体设置、指标权重的确定、指标最大值及最小值的确定、指标数据的标准化处理、指标的综合评价及对生产工艺或企业进行分类。用该法对烧碱生产工艺进行的案例分析表明 ,该法的评价结果是合理的。

A method adopting analytic hierarchy process is put forward for cleaner production assessment.The main steps of the method are as follows:selection of specific indicators,determination of weighting factors,determination of the maximum and minimum data of the indicators,standardizing treatment of the data,integrated assessment of the indicators and classification of production processes or enterprises.As an example,the method is used in the assessment of a caustic soda production process,obtaining reasonable results.
