摘要
开发出一种过氧化钙常温合成新工艺。在氯化铵与过氧化氢质量比为 10 / 130、采用稳定剂ⅠA和稳定剂ⅡB的条件下 ,使氢氧化钙与过氧化氢反应合成过氧化钙 ,其收率为35 9% ,纯度为 72 3%。用制得的过氧化钙去除机械工业废水中的重金属离子 ,在室温、过氧化钙用量 0 1%~ 0 2 %、处理时间 30min、处理过程中不调整 pH的条件下 ,含锰 35 5 8μg/mL、铜 6 7μg/mL、锌 31 3μg/mL、铬 4 3 5 6 μg/mL(均为质量浓度 )的废水经一次处理后 ,锰、铜、锌浓度和 pH均达到国家一级水排放标准 ,铬的一次去除率达到
A new process for synthesizing calcium peroxide in room temperature has been developed.Calcium peroxide can be prepared from ammonium chloride and hydrogen peroxide with mass ratio 10/130 and stabilizing agents Ⅰ A and Ⅱ B.The product yield is 35.9% and its purity is 72.3%.The product was used in removing heavy metal ions from mechanical industry wastewater.The experimental conditions are as follows:room temperature,calcium peroxide dosage 0.1%~0.2%,treatment time 30 min and original wastewater pH.The concentrations of manganese,copper,zinc and chromium in the influent are 35.58 μg/mL,67 μg/mL,31.3 μg/mL and 43.56 μg/mL respectively.After one handling,the concentrations of manganese,copper and zinc and effluent pH can meet the first grade of national discharge standards,the removal rate of chromium can reach 39%.
