摘要
介绍了花卉食品的历史及其国内外现状,综述了食用花卉良好的食用、药用价值及其开发利用的意义,提出了进行花卉食品开发的研究方向。
The history and status of flower food of both abroad and home were introduced in this paper. The favorable value of edible flower as food and medicine, and the significance of exploitation of edible flower were summarized. Some research perspectives of edible flower to be exploited were suggested.
