摘要
用含硒0.01～1.00mg/L的硒酸钠溶液处理荞麦种子,并培养发芽,对其基本营养成分进行初步测定.结果表明:在一定浓度范围内的硒酸钠溶液可促进荞麦的发芽和生长,使可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量增大。但使可溶性多糖和淀粉含量下降.
The Esculenturn Moench seeds are treated with Se concentration from 0. 01μg/ml to 1. 00μg/ml, and then we make them bud. This article primarily measures the nutrition of these buds. The results indicate, within proper concentration, Se can improve the budding and growth of Esculenturn Moench, increase content of water -soluble protein and free amino acid, but decrease content of water - soluble polysaccharide, and have little effect on starch content.
