摘要 研究了茶树花营养成分的含量.主要对茶树花的水分及主要的有机物质进行了定量的分析,同时测定了茶树花的生物量.结果表明:茶树花每667m2的产量可达114.85—146.61 kg,且茶树花含有丰富的茶多酚、蛋白质、茶多糖、可溶性糖、Vc、氨基酸、水分,其含量分别为2.41%、4.67%、6.45%、0.63%、0.813%、0.503%、82.54%,且蛋白质、萘多糖明显高于茶叶的平均水平.具有极高的开发利用价值,适于花饮料、保健品以及医药等多种行业开发利用. In this arcticle, the content of nutritive ingredients in camellia was studied. The moisture and main organic nutritive ingredients in camellia were probed, meanwhile the tea - flower biomass was evaluated. The results were as follows; The average yield of camellia can reach 114. 85 - 146. 61 kg/667m2,and the camellia are rich in tea - polyphenolie constituents, protein, tea - polysaccharides, soluble saccharides, Vc, amino acid and moisture, and their contents are 2. 41% ,4. 67% ,6. 45% ,0. 63% ,0. 813% ,0. 503% ,82. 54% respectively. They are extremely similar to tea - leaves in the aspect of nutritive integrients, even their average contents of protein and polysaccharides are obviously higher than those of tea - leaves. Moreover, they have high value for exploitment and utilization and can be used for varied businesses, such as flower beverage,health products and medicine.
