摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油厂二催化装置采用提升管出口旋流式快速分离系统(VQS)后,缩短了裂化油气在沉降器的停留时间,使热转化率明显降低,有效抑制了氢转移反应和热裂化反应。解决了沉降器结焦的问题,提高了目的产品收率及催化汽油的辛烷值,保证了装置长周期安全运行。工业应用表明:VQS设计新颖、操作稳定可靠,具有气固分离效率高,防焦性能优良的特点。 Since the quick separation system(VQS) of lifting pipe outlet was applied on the second catalytic cracking unit in the Refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC, the dwell time was shortened, the thermal transforming rate was decreased and the hydrogen transfer reaction and thermal cracking reaction were inhibited. The problem of coking on the settler was solved, and the target product yield and octane number were increased, so the plant can keep long-period running. The industrial application indicates that VQS possesses the characteristics of original design, stability in operation, high efficiency in separation between gas and solid, and good property in coking prevention.
