摘要
通过对膨胀干燥机主轴断裂面的分析,确定了断裂是由于热处理过程中淬火处理所引起的组织变化 及组织膨胀造成的心部裂纹所致;提出了改变主轴断裂面的结构尺寸、改善主轴热处理工艺,确保淬火质量等对策。
The reason of breakage was found out through analysis of the breakage face on the principal axis of expansion drying machine. The breakdown was stimulated by structure deformation which was caused by chilling, and the central crack created by structure expansion. The countermeasures were pointed out including altering the structural dimension of the breakage face of the principal axis, improving thermal treatment process of principal axis, guaranteeing chilling quality.
