摘要
用一维和二维数学模型模拟了乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷反应器,模拟结果与工业实际生产的数据吻合较 好。用二维模型模拟了各种因素对反应的影响,对挖掘催化剂的潜力和指导实际生产提供依据。
The reactor of ethylene oxide prepared by ethylene oxidation was simulated by one-dimension and two-dimension models. The simulation results were coincident with the industrial data. The two-dimension model was applied to simulate various influence factors of reaction. And this thesis provided theoretical basis for tapping the latent power of catalyst and guiding the concrete production.
