本文较详细地介绍了秦山核电厂五个控制系统(堆功率控制系统、稳压器压力控制系统、稳压器液位控制系统、蒸汽发生器给水调节系统和主蒸汽旁路排放控制系统)的调试目的、调试条件、调试内容以及调试过程中应注意的要点。在30％额定功率运行时所作的全厂瞬态试验表明,五个控制系统基本上达到了电厂运行要求。但仍需作50％、75％和100％各额定功率的验证试验,以确保电站的安全、可靠运行。

Test purpose, test condition, test instruction and caution in testing for reactor power control system, pressurizer presure control system, pressurizer level control system, steam generator feed water regulation system and main steam bypass control system for Qinshan NPP are described in this paper. The performance of those control system during plant transient testing at 30 % of full power reach the requirement of the plant normal operation. However, those performance at 50% , 75%; 100% of full power should be verified once again to ensure safe and reliable operation for Qinshan NPP.
