高速公路建设项目后评价是一种事后评价,是对高速公路建设项目的立项决策、方案设计、工程施工和运营管理 全过程各阶段工作及其技术经济指标变化的成因,进行全面、系统的跟踪、调查、分析和评价,旨在从投资开发高速公路建 设项目中吸取经验教训,以在之后的高速公路建设项目投资开发中能科学合理地做出决策,提高管理水平和投资效益。
The evaluation of expressway construction project is an item after the enevt. It is an all-round following, racking, finding and evaluating to approve and initiate a project, program design, engi-neering construction and operating management in expressway construction with a whole of the stage and every economic targets.
