摘要
目的观察痹痛灵颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠疗效的影响。方法采用弗氏完全佐剂造模,观察该药对模型鼠关节肿胀度、胸腺、脾重等指标的影响。结果本方能减轻模型鼠关节肿胀度、胸腺、脾重,抑制模型鼠体重减轻。结论痹痛灵颗粒具有抗炎及免疫抑制作用,可能是其对类风湿关节炎有较好治疗作用的机理之一。
Objective To observe the Bitongling granule's effect on the model of adjuvant arthritis of rats. Methods Adjuvant arthritis with Freund's complete adjuvant model was used in the experiment. Observe the Bitongling granule's effect on the model of adjuvant arthritis of rats from the degree of rats' swollen feet, the weight of model rats and model rats' thymuses and spleens. Results It can greatly lower the rats' swollen feet, inhibit the decrease of rats'weight and relief the weight of model rats' thymuses and spleens. Conclusion The principle to cure rheumatoid arthritis is perhaps that it has the functions of anti-inflammatory and immune inhibition.
