摘要
目的探讨三七复合有效成分对恒河猴细菌感染性子宫出血NF-κB活性的影响。方法选择月经正常雌性育龄恒河猴11只,随机分为中药组(三七复合有效成分)4只、模型组4只及正常对照组3只。用电泳迁移率改变分析法(EMSA)检测三七复合有效成分组、模型组及正常对照组子宫内膜组织NF-κB与靶基因DNA的结合活性。结果三七复合有效成分组NF-κB活性明显低于模型组,三七复合有效成分组与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论NF-κB活化可能参与了恒河猴细菌感染性子宫出血发病机制,三七复合有效成分对恒河猴细菌感染性子宫出血的止血作用可能与其抑制NF-κB的活化有关。
Objective To explore the influence of two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng on NF-κB activity in inflammatory metrorrhagia model of Macaca mulatta. Method Eleven normal menorrhea adult Rhesus monkeys are choosed as research object, which are divided into four model groups, four TCM group and three control group at random. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was performed on the nuclear extracts to detect the activity of NF-κB in TCM group, model group and normal group. Result Compared to model group, the NF-κB activity of TCM group was weaker. The NF-κB activity of TCM group is similar to that of normal group. Conclusion The activation of NF-κB is a key factor in infection-induced metrorrhagia. The reason two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng decrease metrorrhagia is perhaps that it can inhibit the activation of NF-κB.
