充血性心力衰竭甲状腺激素及中医辨证与疗效相关性的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Relationship of Effect in Congestive Heart-Failure of Serum Thyroid Hormones and Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs

目的探讨充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素及中医辨证与疗效的相关性。方法对152例充血性心力衰竭患者进行左心功能分级及中医辨证,并测定其甲状腺激素,分析三者与疗效的关系。结果充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平及中医辨证与疗效具有相关性,相关系数分别为0.21及0.25(P<O.01),而左心功能分级与疗效无相关性(P>O.05)。结论充血性心力衰竭患者的甲状腺激素水平及中医辨证与其疗效具有相关性,可作为其预后指标。

Objective To study the relationship on effect in the patients with congestive heart-failure (CHF) of serum thyroid hormones or differentiation of symptoms and signs. Methods In 152 cases with CHF, we observed the left heart function, differentiation of symptoms and signs and serum thyroid hormones, then analyzed their relationship. Results The effect in CHF has relation to the serum thyroid hormones and differentiation of symptoms and signs, the coefficient were 0.21 and 0.25 respectively (P <0.05), and the effect has no relation to left heart function (P >0.05). Conclusion The serum thyroid hormones and differentiation of symptoms and signs has relation to the effect in CHF, and may be prognosis of the cases of CHF.
