摘要
China's power sector should give attention to the quality of power growth, when quickening its development and meeting demands of economic and social development. This paper presents the issue of power growth quality from the angles of power increase rate, elasticity factor of electricity consumption, energy intensity and specific electricity consumption of the GDP and technical economical indexes.
中国电力工业部门在促进自身发展和满足经济社会发展需求的同时,应关注电力增长的质量。本文从电力工业增长速度、电力弹性系数、GDP能耗和电耗,以及技术经济指标等几个角度阐述电力增长质量问题。
