摘要
以金属醇盐和无机盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成晶粒大小约0.1μm、用于我国第一条在线产氚回路(CITP-1)作氚增殖材料的γ-LiAlO_2超细粉。本文介绍了溶液浓度、pH值、水解条件、凝胶干燥工艺及热分解温度对产品性能的影响。
γ-LiAlO_2 ultrafine as tritium breeder was synthesized by solgel method, using metal alkoxide and inorganic salt as raw materials. Its grain size was 0.1um, and synthesis temperature was about 780℃. The effects of Concentration and pH value, hydrolysis condition, gel dry and heating treatment conditions on the properties of power were studied.
