摘要
结合建筑设计在住宅户型设计中应注意的问题 ,从住宅户型模式多样化、住宅功能空间合理化、住宅细部设计精密化等方面进行了论述 ,指出建筑师在住宅设计中应遵循“以人为本 ,精心设计”
According to the architectural design problems needing attention in housing design from diversities of house types, functional space arrangement, detailed parts design and other aspects discussion is made. Author points out that in housing design the principle-regarding human being as the essence and elaborated design should be complied with.
