Combined with practical work the application of rubber vibration isolation cushion in one building with high-rise frame structure in eight degree earthquake zone is introduced as well as corresponding treatment method and construction measurements. Practice verified the reliability and superiority of this technique. The significance applying vibration isolation technique in high-rise buildings in middle and low seismic intensity area is emphasized.
