摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅰ套重油催化裂化装置再生系统应用待生催化剂船型分布器、新型主风分布管、再生斜管等新技术进行技术改造 ,同时对内取热系统及 3 .5MPa汽包进行扩能改造。改造后装置加工量提高 ,长周期运行得以保证。
New technologies such as boat type distributor for spent catalyst, main air distribution tube and regenerator sloped tube have been used in the revamping of the regeneration system of the first RFCC unit in Luoyang Company. Meanwhile, the internal catalyst cooler system and the 3.5 MPa steam generator have been expanded. After revamping, processing capacity of the unit has been enhanced and the long period running guaranteed.
