摘要
结合板式塔基础研究和技术进步 ,扼要讨论了塔板的操作限制。首次将塔板的操作限制划分为流体力学操作极限和传质操作限制两方面 ,前者属于致命极限 ,是精馏塔操作的必要条件 ,实际设计不可超越 ;而后者属于不可接受限制 ,是塔板保证传质效果的充分条件 ,实际设计可结合具体情况适当调整。并首次推荐以液噻点作为塔板操作的流体力学下限和提出了最大雾沫夹带的预测关联式。
Tray operation restrictions have been discussed based on the basic research and technical progress of tray column. Tray operation restrictions are firstly classified as hydraulic limitations and mass transfer restrictions. The former is a fatal limitation, which is the necessary condition for rectification column operation, and cannot be exceeded in actual design. The later belongs to platitudinous conditions for guaranteeing high mass transfer efficiency, and they can be adjusted based on the concrete conditions in actual design. The seal point is firstly recommended as the low limit of hydraulic and the prediction correlate equation for maximum liquid entrainment has been proposed.
