摘要
本文对排放限值的有关概念及其在秦山地区的应用进行了讨论。讨论中考虑了秦山厂址的长期发展规划及其对限值贮备的要求,还涉及到气、水两种途径间,以及不同核素组间的限值分配。根据限值的一般概念和关于排放控制的基本原则,文中建议性的给出了秦山一期工程的排放量管理目标值,并且通过与最优化释放值和排放上界值的比较,对其适当性进行了分析。
The concepts of limit and their application in Qinshan site is discussed in this paper. In discussion, limit storage requirement and the developing plan of Qinshan site is considered, distribution of limit between air and water pathways and in several nuclide groups are concerned. According to the general concepts of limit and the basic principles about release control, the objective value of management in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, unit 1, are proposed. Furthermore, their appropriateness is analysed.
