摘要
本文提出了在反应堆核事故中评价的风险标准框架,包括个人和社会风险的限值和目标值。所提议的个人风险限值是:工作人员为10^(-4)/人·a、厂址外公众为10^(-5)/人·a,厂址边界上的公众为10^(-4)~10^(-5)/人·a,个人风险目标值应低于限值的10%。社会风险限值和目标值采用Higson的建议是合理的。
framework of criteria is proposed for the assessment of risk from accidents in nuclear reactors, in cluding the limits and objective values for individual and societal risks. It is suggested that the limit for occupational individual risk in site is 10^(-4)/man·a, 10^(-5)/man·a for the public outside the site boundary and 10^(-4)-10^(-5)/man·a for the public on the site boundary. The nominal objective Values could be taken as 10% of above. The limits and Objective values for societal risk adopted D. J. Higson's suggeste should be reasonable.
